MT - Magnetic Particle Inspection

Overview

CSI utilizes a 600 amp Ardrox Magne-Tech wet horizontal unit suitable for circular or longitudinal magnetic particle inspections of small, medium and large ferrous (magnetic) parts for surface (and near surface) defects. Large quantities of parts can quickly and accurately be processed using this system.

Visible Dry Magnetic Particle Testing - MT

Can be performed on any ferrous (magnetic) material and is visible under ultra-violet (black) light, in a darkened area, in our lab or in the field
